Beyond the Bucket: Reimagining Environmental Sampling from Space

Develop a scalable model that accurately classifies and predicts chlorophyll-a concentrations in diverse inland and coastal water bodies using EO, in-situ, and historical datasets.

From Catchment to Coast: Tracking Pollutant Pathways & Water Quality Impact

Build an integrated system to trace, model, understand and predict water quality degradation and pollutant risks in Port Phillip Bay by tracking storm-driven nutrient and sediment load pathways from catchments to the coast using EO and in-situ data.

An Earth Observation-driven built on a hybrid model that uses satellite imagery with in-situ sampling to map chlorophyll-a concentrations across lochs; Shifting the purpose of in-situ field sampling toward calibration and validation of satellite-derived data rather than relying on it as the primary source.

SHIELD-E2 is a first-of-its-kind System for Hazard Identification, Early Warning, and Location Detection of E. coli and Enterococci.

It integrates satellite imagery, in-situ data, and machine learning to support the detection and management of microbial contamination events in waterways.

GeoHub is a scalable Earth Observation intelligence platform that enables pollutant plume monitoring, algal bloom risk forecasting, and rapid response to stormwater impacts by providing near real-time insights into sediment transport and ecological risk.
